When a school asks a provider for information, it often arrives as a chain of email attachments. Documents are missing, versions are unclear and certificates expire without anyone noticing. Schools spend time chasing, and providers resend the same files for every school.

04 · THE SCHOOL REVIEW LINK
In this prototype, the School Review Link is a read-only demonstration page addressed to one named school. It shows the provider and program details, an evidence-status summary, staff delivering the program, child-safety arrangements, insurance, qualifications and child-related checks, risk assessment, emergency procedures, contact and sparring rules, venue information, and privacy and incident reporting.
The future product is intended to provide a secure, school-specific link. The current demonstration is public and uses fictional information only.
05 · AUSTRALIAN JURISDICTIONS

If a core item is missing, the provider can preview the pack but cannot mark it Ready to share. For less critical gaps, the provider must acknowledge a visible disclosure before sharing:
